These are some of the ringtones I made for my friend, to send them to your Spring PCS phone, do the following:

— Download the .qcp file from here using Right Click > Save Target As
— Go to Spintusers.com and use their focus tool to send this file to your Sprint phone number.

To create your own ringtones from MP3 files using Winamp read this, till the creation of the .qcp files. After creating the .qcp files you can use the focus tool.
